Hello - I'm looking for a fairly generic event check list.

Something that looks like:

6 mos before event
Secure Venue
Secure volunteers

2 months
Publicity in which publications

1 month before
print necessary tickets


Every thing I see has feedback after the event, but nothing really to guide us before the event.
