I know your auction has happened but for others wondering the same we are using google docs. It works and can be updated by your team whenever, it is easily printable, and the excell spreadsheet can be used to track down everything you need like for ex. who, what, was the item recieved, what is the value, status, thank you card etc.

Does anyone have a good system they use to track donation requests and the follow up needed on them?

In the past I've just used excel spreadsheets and notes regarding responses, followup time sand who is pursuing the donations.

I'd like to come up with something that will help keep me more organized.
