I had submitted to companies in Nov 2012 for donations and got the "unfortunately we have exceeded our donation limit" line. So I resubmitted in early Feb 2013 and now receiving yeses. Might want to give it a shot if you still have time before your event. Good Luck!

We got the same rejection from Redbox. They said they couldn't verify our tax id either. We are a public school too. We've gotten lots of other donations with the same id. Not sure why it couldn't be verified by Redbox.

We are a public school. It's strange. We've never had any issues except for with them.

We got our redbox donation. Did not have a problem with our tax id.

Jenny - are you a parochial school? We are a parochial school and we have had problems with our tax id # with Redbox, GMR, etc. this year. Not sure why, was never a problem in previous years.

I should mention that our tax id was correct and is verifiable. Just curious because that would be a fun donation.
