Who in your state DNR did you contact to get a donation? Was it the main office, marketing, etc?

Hi Bounces,
That's true about some of the links. Thanks for the catch with the airlines!

I believe US airways merged with American Airways this year, so that link should get deleted.

Some of the links are not working as smoothly as they were meant:
US Airways bounces to the American Airlines home page
eventually got to: hub.aa.com/en/ju/support

KLM I found all their "stuff" that they boast, but not a place to submit a request

Having volunteered with over 30 events in the last 10 years, I always suggest applying sooner than later. Companies will sometimes tell you if you're too early and need to re-apply later, while others will just hold the application/request until their scheduled review time.

By the way, there are a lot of Pinterest boards that aggregate links to company applications for in-kind donations (search for "charitable companies" or "silent auction"), and DonationMatch.com is a site that has a single application to reach all their member companies (they're still growing so it's hit or miss depending on your area, but worth a look).

Good luck!
