Question: Membership Dues on treasurer's report

At the end of the school year, our PTSA collected membership dues but did not send in the State or National dues yet. I am creating May's treasurer report (TR). What is the proper way to treat Membership income on the TR before the new officers send the appropriate dues to our state?
