I use Quicken; I've used it as treasurer for 3 schools (elementary, middle, and now high school). My predecessor at the HS had used QuickBooks, which is overkill. Finance Manager has some nice features, like multi-user on-line access. But you have to renew every year (I'm still using Quicken 2008).
