For the first time in many, many years the positon of co-president has two people running for it. Our by-laws are very vague about the election process.
Do people have to attend the May meeting to vote or can they have absentee ballots? Who is responsible for counting the votes? The current co-pres. and one of the nominees are best friends. I don't feel the current pres. should be involved with counting votes.
Any suggesions would be appreciated.
