Quorum not present...can we still conduct meeting

Yes,the chair can. You can still conduct a meeting but there is no voting. Things needed to be voted on will have to be tabled until you have a quorum. If you have trouble meeting your quorum at all your meetings then revisit your by-laws & amend what your quorum will consist of. Good luck.

Hi, a quorum is not present. Can the chair state that "A quorum not being present, this board cannot transact business. We shall now proceed to those Agenda items that where transaction of business is not required."
