Hi - I am completely unfamiliar with how a PTO truly works but just found out that the Principal at our school consistently calls the PTO president and has her buy him lunch. To me this seems odd, if not inappropriate. Assuming the PTO buys his lunch half of the 180 days of the school year at $10.00 per lunch, that's $900 per year. Is this normal?
