I have worked in customer service for many years with Kathryn Beich. I would like to thank all of you for your business thru out the years. You have helped me to provide for my children and grandchildren. We here at KB are very sad to be closing. We have become a family. We truley care about each other. We also care about our customers and our sales represenatives. I will miss working with all of you.

I feel so bad for the employees that lost their jobs. I hope they were prepared for what was happening. As far as asking your sales rep--not a great idea- if they are just hireed by a new company- they know as much as you do...they are salespeople they do not want you to leave them they will loose their commission and good standing with their new company. So of course they are going to tell you it is better but how would they know-

We had a similar situation happen to us and it was the furthest from the truth. I would wait to see how the transition goes before jeopardizing your school's fundraiser. I wish we had-the TLC and accuracy and problems were a nightmare and our sales rep told us it was going to be great and seemless a transition. He is no longer with that new great company and we are no longer with him...so be cautious.

It looks like Great American Opportunities is getting stronger and stronger. They have done an incredible job for us.

I would say if anyone has any concerns contact your sales rep's. they will be able to give you what information you may need.
