We used Jaxco a couple of years ago and moved away from them. Our sales dropped (which isn't necessarily the company's fault) but on top of that we could not get the backordered items until really late and we could not get a response from our rep. We have found working with smaller companies that don't depend on reps is a much better experience. A rep can only care about their personal commision -where as a smaller company where the owner is actively involved will treat you better.
last year we did innisbrook and made more money with them then the last 2 co. we tried. you should check them out. We will be sticking with innisbrook.
KB is a great catalog but Sally Foster has the top of the line catalog in my opinion. They have fixed their backorders. I suggest trying Sally Foster and The Entertainment book

Has anyone used 4JAXCO as a fundraiser? We are thinking of switching to that company this year and would like to know other school's experiences. We have been a pretty faithful KB company and went to Yankee Candle this past year. I'm not sure I want to use KB while they go through a transition no matter how well planned!
