My letter is almost identical to the letter ademom posted above, but I'll email it to you soon. I looked at the sample letters from the "tools" section and just revised it to meet our school's needs. Both examples are excellent letters!

I would also love a copy of the donation letter. I am a co president of a jr. high school pto, with no parent or teacher help or support. thanks wendy
