We tried this in conjunction with our carnival and auction last year. We ended up getting quite a few donations, but it did not go over very well in the sales dept. We ended up donating the left over books (and there were plenty) to a women's shelter in the area.
We included this in our Home Tour fundraiser. We called it Explorer Square. The donations had to be CD's, games, videos and books. They had to be educational. This went over very well!!!
