Sounds like a great event. But there are always alternatives. Does your town have a local park? School grounds? Very unbusy dead end road in your school district? Huge yard? Rent a hall? Community room in one of the town buildings? Just a few suggestions..... Good Luck.....
For the past 5 years, we have had an annual "downtown alive" event. The night consisted of an auction, local bands, booths and food, etc. This event was held on the community church grounds. We can no longer use that property and have no alternate place in the community? We are having a "brain-storm" session at our next PTO meeting and I would like to ask the readers for their suggestions? This event is our "Big" fund raiser. Thank you for your help.
