We, too, use Great Lakes Scrip. Just thought I'd mention that you may want to try local companies that aren't available from GLS. For example, our area grocers are not national, but they do sell their own scrip cards. We've had local businesses ask to be included in the program as well, so don't be limited to national companies. Good luck.

We just started using Scrip Advantage. Our order was placed on 9/26/05. We still have about 1/2 of our order on backorder. I'm curious how long does it normally take to have backorders filled.

Seems like everytime I place an order half of its on backorder. The website doesn't work, I'm on hold for about 40 mins at a time to get through to customer service. It's been a HUGE mess.

I hope you are wiser than I to go with the latter of the companys !

Have you had trouble with scrip advantage? I was trying to figure out which is the best company, and I was considering scrip advantage. Please let me know if you have problems.
