At our school we get volunteers to go to our local businesses for donations. They take a letter explaining what we are asking for and our goals for our fundraiser and also a thank you letter to give them if they donate right, then, and there. This way they have a letter to show that they have donated to us for their taxes. I also mailed out several letters and got a pretty good response from theaters and museums. I need info on organizing the silent auction..i am new at this!!!
i cant find the website that has all letters for donations and other things, anyone have that. Someone from this website mailed it to me several months ago.
