I have been elected the President. Our PTO is starting out brand new from scratch. Every board member is brand new. Our treasurer has been embezzling the PTO funds for the last 3 years. They just caught it a couple of weeks ago. So, We have no funds to do anything. I need some ideas how to bounce back from this. If anyone has been through this. Any fundraising ideas that cost nothing to start. We owe several vendors still because they were never paid. Thanks for any and all help. :confused:
