Did she mean your Articles of Incorporation? If you are incorporated they will be in your corporation book.

Now I have a question for all of you. I have a parent who is requesting our Articles of Association and or our Constitution. Does anyone on here have anything other than their bylaws?

Any help and wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
