Swearing in of officers was created by RREPres

Few questions:
1- we are a PTG(group) NOT a PTO or PTA. Are we required to "swear in" new officers?

2- if so, do we only swear in brand new officers, or all officers (ie: if the Treasurer is staying on, do they get sworn in again)?
