Oh man, that is sad...

That would be great if your group could organize a pink t-shirt day in support of and to raise awareness of Anti-Bullying day.

Our sister site has a bunch of articles on kids and bullying here:
www.schoolfamily.com/school-family-artic...ategory/674-bullying

Also, one our guest bloggers, Annie Fox has launched a wonderful program you may want to check out called Cruel is not Cool: www.anniefox.com/cruel.php

tonight at the PTO meeting a new parent brought up that Oct 20th is anti bullying day and ask if we could wear pink shirts to raise awareness. as our school has a zero tollerance for bullying so we were sure our principals would be glad to.

last year another school in a close district has a high school student commit suiside and our high school did have an assembly to asnswer questions and promote looking out for one another.

this new mom went on to say that her son was bullyed and had commited suiside last year and this is why they had moved schools. they did not know until after his suiside that bullying had been involved. I swear I was ready to cry.............
