I will admit that we did not think about food allergies.

When I ran it by the principal she worried about diabetic kids but since I have one of the 2 diabetics I told her that wasn't a concern.

I did not post the food ahead of time, that would totally destroy the element of surprise. Before we drew names I did explain the food for each event one by one, so if someone was allergic they would have to decline if their name was pulled.

I should have sent the flyers to all who wanted them.
