Thanks,
That's great-- let us know how it all turns out... I'm very interested in doing something like this next year.

FOXMOM - - Sorry........ I listed it wrong. The only thing they provide is Chicken Marsala, a Pasta Dish, Caesar Salad and the Bread. "WE" need to provide the paper goods, beverage and dessert. Oh and they provide 'To-Go' boxes if someone orders to go.

We got our local Fresh Market and Sweetbay to provide ALL the paper goods, beverages and desserts.

We are getting a florist to donate simple flowers for the tables and we got another donation of the white butcher type paper to cover the tables that we will leave crayons on.

I uploaded the flyer I made for the event and I also have it in Spanish. We are having it with a Talent Show for after dinner and advertising in the paper along with sending phone calls out on our Parent Link system.

Sorry for the Dessert confusion!

BSMSpto- you listed dessert in your Carrabba's meal for $5.00// what exactly do they bring in and what do you have to provide?
Plates, silverware, cups, napkins, etc.... included... extra?
This wounds like a great tie-in to dinner with Santa/// or Dinner with the Easter Bunny

Thanks for the responses. We decided to charge $9 per plate. I will try and upload our flyer on the exchange board shortly.......

If a family went out for a meal like that, they would probably spend that much, so I don't think that's an unreasonable amount.

Hey Rocky, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat.

It costs us (family of 4) up to $30 to eat at McDonald's when we do, so I think $50 for a family of 5 is not too bad at all. Have you tried to get donations from bakerys or grocery stores for the dessert? This sounds like a fantastic dinner. Have fun!
