Carrabba's Family Dinner Night

16 years 2 months ago #141320 by BSMSpto
Practically every school in our area as a Carrabba's Night that is held at their school. Carrabba's comes in and serves:
  • Chicken Marsala and a Pasta Dish
  • Caesar Salad
  • Bread
  • Beverage
  • Dessert

Carrabba's charges the school $5 per plate for this and the school(s) can charge what they want. What price would you think is fair?

Orginally we were thinking we would charge $10 for adults and $6 for a child. We started with $8 then figured with 200 people we would only make about $600. We figured an estimated family of 5 is $50 but that included drinks and dessert. As for dessert we don't want to get donations from parents than have them buy back what they made. I was hoping to get cookies from Costco and then we would not need plates for dessert.

Question is - do you think that price is fair???
