Every state has different laws for raffles and games of chance. I would talk with your school district's controller or head accountant. They would know what to do and what paperwork to file with the state.
Otherwise contact the leaders of your High School Football boosters and give them a call. I don't know *any* football booster group that *doesn't* do some kind of raffle!!
Our school wants to do a basket night. We are a school in NJ. Can anyone tell me when your in the process of applying for a gaming license can you send out the donation letters saying that we are in the process of getting the gaming license number so that we can start getting our donations? Any information will be helpful.
