Thank you for all the great suggestions on this board. We were just going to ask local businesses to donate items for our upcoming auction but now I realize how limiting that would have been. It's terrific that many companies just require an emailed request. I appreciate all the people who have generously shared their fundraising experiences here.
Hi, I wanted to circle back on this to make sure everyone was able to navigate to the Ultimate Donation List. One other option would be to go to our home page and then enter "Ultimate Donation List'' in the search box on the right top of page. That will bring you to the start of the Ultimate Donation thread. From there you could search by topic, such as Disney, Keurig or Wheel of Fortune (these are just examples!) and you will get a list of posts that mention those topics. You can jump into the thread that way.
Easiest way to find Ultimate Donation List right now is to click on "ask a question" in banner above, then look on the right side of the page where it shows forum activity (down about halfway). Since there's so much activity with auctions, it will be listed along with whoever posted last, so just click on it.
While you're there, you can see the path above the comments. You can select Message Boards, select the Fundraising category, and at the top, you'll see a subcategory called Auctions. It's under there.
Thank you but I must be blind. I went "several times now" to the "Message Board" and looked for Fundraising. "Fundraising Ideas" is all I saw and went to each of those topics. Clicked on "auctions" as advised and I still can't find the "Ultimate List"...help!!!!! please. thanks.
Hi, I am new to this site. We are in the midst of planning our biggest fundraiser for the school. It is a gift auction. A friend told me about an "Ultimate Donation List" of companies with addresses that donate gifts. Can someone please lead me to where I could find this list? thanks.
