Our school does not have a 501c3. Has anyone gotten a donation from American Girl without it?

This is my first time submitting a donation request for Disney Hopper tickets. As I'm reading the requirements it states that the donation cannot be used for raffle purposes. Well I'm submitting a request for a tricky tray fundraiser which is a raffle. I'm wondering those of you that received tickets how you actually filled this part out. Can someone please provide me with some advice. They also want to know how much you expect to raise and your budget ??! This is only our 3rd tricky tray and unfortunately its not a really big fundraiser yet. Thanks!

I am happy to say we are being considered for a Stampinup donation. They just needed our physical address. funny since that was on the email but I was happy to respond to that question.. Hopefully I hear something soon.

Shedd Aquarium = 4 general admission passes

it is tough for us because we don't have our 501(c) status so I just keep trying. :-) thanks everyone for their support and ideas!!!

Oh and I loved the idea about the reserved seats at the graduations and when presented at the meeting was looked at like i was crazy and was asked well who is going to police that and make sure no one else sits or parks there.. GGEEZZZ Negative Nancy's sometimes... Marque sign posting for a week... (well we can't jsut put anything on that sign... what if they want something inappropriate written) REALLLY well lets see put at disclaimer on it that all messages must be approved by principle. Or how about marketing it as a "congrats message" " Birthday Message" ect. When I come with new ideas they just seem to shoot them to the curb.. So i started getting online donations and hhmmm they seem to like the products... go figure.. But not going to let them get me down I just keep my ideas to myself and decided I would approach the appropriate people and if it is a go then I'll let them in on it if it is a no then I move forward. :-)

Hope everyone else is having a good experience. :-)

Heard from Southwest in about 2 weeks. Typically hear a No from Air Tran after the event (or never). American Girl took about a month last year.

How long does it take to hear from American Girl and Southwestern? I also applied to transAir and never heard back from them.
