And Legoland? I read on their site they only donate to specific children's charities.

I am filling out the fundraising form on erincondren.com and it is asking for a donor form. This is my first year as a board member of our PTSO and was wondering if anyone can let me know what form that is? Thank you in advance. Also, thank you for all of the amazing information
We received it a few years ago when we were raising money for our school playground. At our location you have to fill out paperwork, they post the information internally 6-8 weeks before the event, and I think you had to get 5 kohls employees to volunteer to work at your event in order to qualify for the event.
If only 3 people volunteer, then you don't receive the $500 grant.
