how do you apply for hotel vouches

I entered a request for park hopper passes donated to the charity I work for.
I entered the charity address instead of the mailing address and was told I needed to re submit my request with the mailing address. I did so immediately. I need confirmation that my corrected application was received,
and I keep contacting support at the application site, but get no response.
How do I get confirmation that my corrected application was received.

Do you have a website/e-mail address for Disneyworld in Orlando? How did you apply for your donation from Disneyworld? I only can find Disneyland donations on-line. Help!
