We just did our online auction last night using the bidding for good software/site. We went paperless for the first year and it was awful. In the 45 minute span bidding for good site crashed- almost no-one could access it and as a result, only people who bidded early won items. I’m sure this cost us $1,000s and 1,000s of dollars. Has anyone else had this happen- it wasn’t the internet, we could get on other websites no problem, but bidding for good would time out or say this website is not available.
