Question: general Pto Meeting

We already approved an annual budget at our first board meeting. Do we have to get this budget approved again our first general pto meeting by the general pto members?

It's a good idea to have your budget passed at the first meeting of the year. That way your members have a better sense of what you've planned, and you can avoid fights over spending priorities later in the year by pointing to that first vote.
