Question: Updating Positions in Bylaws

We are looking to add a Co-President and possibly a Co-Vice President next year to our PTO board - what do we need to do and when do we need to do it by - what is the process of updating the bylaws?

Your by-laws should have guidelines in them on how to update them. Ours takes a 2/3's vote at a general meeting and it has to be publicized at least twice prior to the vote. If your by laws dont have instructions, it may be time to review and update them.
