Advice from PTO Today

If your PTO is set up as an independent group, then it can make its own decisions on how the money it raises is spent. However, you can expect some input from the principal and it would be helpful to the group to figure out a way to work effectively with the principal so there isn't too much conflict. One possible glitch here is when it comes to electronics. Some school districts do have policies governing the purchasing of electronics because of district-wide technology standards. So, you may want to check on that.
