If you want to change your bylaws within 3 months in the school year is it to late to change the bylaws now?

If there are changes the group wants to make, you should discuss them first, agree to what the changes will be, and then put that to a vote to the group before adopting those changes. We have some helpful articles on the site regarding bylaws.
