Has anyone every had a Child care co-op for your parents with small children so that they can volunteer in the classroom. We would like to have our center open 2 times a week for 4 hours. You have to work in the center for 2 hours before you can leave your child for 2 hours. The first 3 weeks would be a test period and would FREE so the parents can see how it works. Does anyone have any advice for us? Any pro or cons from your experience? Thank you for Help.
