The parents at Carver Middle School in Laurel Hill, NC want to start a PTO. We currently do not have a PTA so the transition should not be an issue. The group is in its infancy and we would like to begin the dialogue with others to make sure that a strong foundation is created. Anyone who could provide us with information or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
