How long until we should be receiving our Movie Night packets? My daughter was looking over the list of movies here on the website and she has picked out about 5 movies for movie night already!!

I've been trying to sign up for the Family Movie Night packet but I keep getting an error message regarding my first and last name, which were already in the database. I tried retyping it in but this did not work either. Any ideas what could be the problem?
