Yum, donuts sound so good right now. I think it's the cold, snowy weather. It's making me want to prepare for hibernation!
Kids are off school today(early out yesterday). It does seem like the snow is over for today. Now we just get the 20 mph winds to blow it into big drifts! Hope everyone who lives in the stormy areas from yesterday and today are safe and sound. The South really got hit with tornadoes-too scary!

I let Shorty take a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts to school yesterday. His friends were cheering for the Pats in the Super Bowl but I wanted the Giants to win. He said Krispy Kremes were riding on the outcome. I said if the Giants won, I'd get donuts for everyone. Well (yippee) the Giants won! So, we picked up a dozen donuts, Shorty snuck them into school and then at lunch he and his friends feasted on chocolate covered heaven. Oh, but Krispy Kremes are perfect......
I'm off to get my hair cut, then to the post office and the Verizon store. Oh, the excitement of being a full-time student and stay-at-home mom.

We got snow yesterday with thunder and lightning! This morning it was fog, freezing rain, then heavy rain with thunder and lightning and even some hail. We ended up with a 2 hour late start. The fog is still really thick, I don't envy those poor bus drivers who will be navigating the roads this afternoon. We had an early out and late start last week too. Too much weird weather-come on spring!
