When you get the Disney tickets, has anyone gotten hotel, food at any places in Florida?
has anyone tried to put packages together for getaways/mini vacations to places about 3 hours away from their hometown? These are things I am trying out but wanted to know what others did.
Also, has anyone been successful in putting together goodie bags or favors for the event? If so, what type of items were you able to get donated for this?
I have received quite a bit of No's from places that were mentioned on here, but it has made me think outside the box of places to contact. A lot of places just don't give to either provate schools or are out of funds.
What type of big prizes do you usually have for auctions?
Jhottie - Panera has on online form that you have to sumbit. It is easy to find on their website. They usually don't reply until closer to the event. So, if your event is not until April you probably won't hear from them until March. Ben & Jerry's took months for me to hear back from. They sent an e-mail first, then the free pint coupons closer to the event. Some places say 8 weeks and you hear from them in a week. Others say 8 weeks and mean 8 weeks!
To Jodi-- if you are in Ohio, you need to make sure you are requesting to Covelli Enterprises, that is the company that owns the Paneras in Northeast Ohio.
