I went to their site and used the "Contact us" email and ask what I had to do and they sent me this email. I sent them what they needed by email to the address shown.

Just received a donation from Highlights Magazine (contact information located earlier in this list) - if I remember correctly, you have to call somewhere to get the address and details of what information is required in the donation request letter.

Nice donation - 2 subscriptions and at least 8 or more various Highlights books and magazines for elementary age kids, estimating that it's worth like $140.
