Most professional sports teams give signed photos or balls. I've gotten NY Giants, NY Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Sixers and Philadelphia Flyers in the past. You might have some luck with tickets if you try minor league teams or colleges.

I'm also curious what you were able to get in NYC. We have tried every restaurant we can and have not received anything.

And who has ever received free tickets to NY sports teams?? I've never heard of anyone getting those....

I am in Northern NJ. What places have you gotten in NY? Any restaurants or hotels? I have gotten some museums and tourist attractions and would love to pair it with a restaurant and/or a hotel and make it a weekend getaway type basket.

We do a bingo tricky tray and we group items together to make "bigger" baskets.

The best places are the local ones that were mentioned a few posts back. Many of the national companies that are listed here are inundated with so many requests that they can't donate to everyone. Also remember that you're going to get a ton of no's so you need to send out a lot to get the amount of donations that you need. Don't get discouraged.
