Question: What to do when treasurer and principal ignore a vote?

What would you do if a vote on spending took place but was not honored by the treasurer and then the principal did not force the treasurer to abide by the vote?

It's hard to know the best response without more details. However, it's not the principal's place to make sure the treasurer adheres to PTO decisions -- that's up to the president, the board, and the membership as a whole, I'd say in that order. If something was purchased that the group had decided against purchasing, you can make a motion at the next meeting to return it or to seek whatever other remedy makes sense.
