Hi. Officers can and should hold executive meetings to discuss board-related issues. These can cover a range of topics, some of which may be of a sensitive or confidential nature. Some may be more procedural (and maybe even a little bit boring!) These meetings shouldn't be used to allot funds, or make other decisions that require a vote from members.
