Do you think that it is appropriate for a parent group (not a PTO or PTA) to get involved in town politics?

Hi there!

"Get involved'' means different things! If you are talking about supporting candidates, then, no. But some parent groups do host information nights or candidates nights or other forums to provide their communities with general information on issues and upcoming elections. They stay neutral and stick to providing information as a service to their community.
