Question: Meeting Minutes from previus year

when having your fist meeting of the year, do you have to have the minutes passed/approves from the last meeting of the previous year?

Your group is required to hang onto copies of meeting minutes and it's a good idea to have them at the first meeting. When you review them, there could be business that needs to be finished at the start of this school year, so that would need an update. You aren't required to read through them, but certainly have them with you and give a quick run through should anyone ask.
