Question: Difficult committee chair
We have a committee chair of one of our events that is being difficult. We gave them their budget and laid out the expectations and procedures for the event. She has refused to follow any of them to the point that she brings all the information of her event to the school and has shared nothing with the board or general memebership. The school really wants us to do the event and we do not want to cancel the event. We have made several requests for information from this chairperson and she refuses to send the information requested. Can we remove her without a problem?
