Question: Can a PTO Budget have a planned deficit?
I am the Treasurer for our PTO. We have some prior year expenses (approx. $8k) that we would like to fund from prior year cash surplus vs. from current year fundraising activity. Is it ok to show a planned deficit in our Budget this year to reflect this?
