Question: Program Chairman Help?

Our school doesn't have a program chair and our pta doesn't follow the 3-1 ratio by any way even close to it with fundraising and events/programs for our school Would having a program Chairman help with advocating for that?

Hi there,
Do you mean a fundraising chair? Not sure that would help as it seems like fundraising decisions are being made at the top. It is worth raising concerns at a meeting. Have you tried that? Also, it may help to forward resources to the board that help explain why too much fundraising is not good for a group.
