Question: Voting out a board member

We want to vote out a board member, our bylaws state we can remove a board member beefier the end of a term by majority vote of the executive board based on misrepresentation of the mission and purpose of the PTO. My question is, can we just have a vote and remover her or do we need to have specifics in writing to back our vote?

Hi Rbaca,
Sounds like you've looked into your bylaws and that they do say something specific about removing a member. If so, you’d just need to follow your own requirements in terms of voting.
Good luck!
