Question: Monetary limits on Scholarships?
Hello! Our PTSO gives $500 scholarships and we are considering increasing the amount. I have been told scholarships/grants checks for over $500 must be made out to the university/college and not to the student. Can someone please help me find the a definitive source of information on this, please?
