D-NEVER watch Rosie O'Donnell on anything that big or Ray Liotta for that matter. Both very scary.

CC-If I had to move today, it wouldn't take me long. I still haven't found homes for lots of things so they are still packed. The moving is always easy, it's the settling in that makes it so hard.

Thanks for all the well wishes. My FIL has prostate cancer but they say he's really young and it seems to be somewhat aggressive according to his doctor. He is leaving Thursday with my husband's grandfather to go see family so we decided not to tell the kids until he gets back because he isn't telling grandpa until they are back because he wants him to have a good time and not worry. Between our two families, we don't have a lot of cancer but only 50% of the people with it have lived. I guess I should mention my fil has been to the doctor so much lately because his heart has been going out of rhythm and he had some sort of blood clot all within the last 6 months. Actually, my husband's oldest brother has some sort of problem with his heart and the youngest had the same thing happen to him last month. Needless to say, my husband is just waiting for the floor to drop from under his proverbial health, especially considering he is the least healthy of them all.
On the bright side, I have lots of PTO work coming up to lose myself in. We are doing a family BBQ and Bingo and going above and beyond for 5th grade graduation, things we've never really done before and I'm excited and intimidated to be doing both.

The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris

Colts and Da Bears will be cool because neither man gets caught up in, being the head coach. Humility, coaching matchup, friends and former colleagues, the class way in which Dungy and Smith lead their respective organizations. Not something as trivial as Dungy and Smith's skin color.

It seems as if every day we hear about players getting arrested or being involved in some embarrassing incident -- and failing as role models. The coaches are examples of what a strong man is. Never mind what they look like. They're the perfect people to represent not just the African-American community but the NFL community.

On Jan. 15, the nation celebrated the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. We could honor his dream by celebrating their achievements not because of the color of their skin, but the content of their character (or not any person by their race, for that matter).

It still wouldn't be big enough to contain his ego....

Hmmmm, I'd like to watch A Walk on the Moon on a tv screen like that. Mmm, Viggo.

My baby girl is growing up. The scrawny, feisty little kitten I adopted from the McDonalds parking lot last July is, um, blossoming. Time to go to the vet.

Shawn, are the kiddos feeling better? My 15 month old niece got RSV over Christmas and is finally feeling good again.

Hey, guess what?!?! There's a new Rice Crispies - ChocoVanilla. Shorty and I picked up a box, along with a bag of marshmallows and some butter and made ChocoVanilla Rice Crispies Treats. Yummmm - mmmmmy!!!!! :D

Scott--keep the chin up....this is a time to move forward and catch hold of this thing. Catching this early was the best ting possible.

CC--I moved 18 times in 20 years...gets to be easy doesn't it :)...NOT....

Either Bears or Colts the game was AMAZING. We just put in a home theater with a 103 inch screen. Those guys are BIG!...have really been digging into those home improvement projects since the accident.

We'll have to meet for the superbowl....never was big football but with 4 boys, 1 husband and a big screen tv well I've given in. Can't even watch Oprah on it...too scary....d
